I have been using app like recently and have been paid eveytime. Does anyone know the device limit?

i requested a payment from this app like 6 months ago and never recieved it. it may be because i was running it on virtual machines but i looked through the TOS for applike and couldn't find anything prohibiting the use of bluestacks or virtual machines so idk.
