Spare5 - Make easily 20$ a week
I've been using Spare5 for less than two weeks and I'm right now at 32.54$, they pay every friday via PayPal or bank transfer.
You can "spare 5" minute and do microtasks such as finding e-mails, tagging images and videos, cropping objects in photos, etc. on my first day I made about 4$

I use Distill (a Google Chrome plugin that refreshes the website each time you want it, I have it set to 1 minute), so it rings when new tasks are available.
You have to try to do the best possible in the qualification tasks, after that you're gonna get a lot of them. Most of my money comes from the Image Tagging task. If you want help in some of the tasks, you can PM me.
Also, they're launching a XP and Skills system later this week.

I tried this site out the other day and it seemed like a pretty good concept but it felt alot like mTurk penny hits. I was able to make like 50 cents in an hour of **** around on the site. I worked from approximately last sunday to wednesday at midnight (they close the earning period at that time) to earn those $17
Like I said, I use Distill monitor and refreshing the iPhone app when I'm doing nothing at my house. If I worked from wednesday to wednesday I could have made easily $25, even if there are no tasks keep doing the qualifiers and checking. I've done mostly Caption Relevancy and Image Tagging tasks, in fact I did about 25 Image Tagging right now (of course, you have to do great on reviews to get more, if you don't work properly they won't send you more tasks.)
