Publicite moi is a French website, very nice where you can earn 24cent every video. You are going to say it's a scam but no. Video are quite long and you have to answer questions about the video to make sure you've watch it. You can claim your rewards only with Visa ( unfortunately) and it's 30e minimum. It's so easy to contact them. Respond to this topic if you tried it or if you have news.

Yes me too, I asked them why and they told me it was because they wanted to be able to verify how old are the people who are reedeming and a lot of other stuff
