This is a scam, just... stay away! Old design, and pictures of people. SCAM ALERT! I
also googled and found out that it's a scam.

 This is how it works; People who want views on their website pay some money, and get others to visit their website. And autosurf website will visit those peoples websites automatically! So you just sit and do nothing :P
