Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

This is a list of questions that you should NOT ask in any form via our contact methods! Please read through to make sure the question you have to ask me (Joe) or support is not listed. If it is listed, do not expect a response. If it has an entire subject in the getting started series, do not expect a response. You may perhaps get a response containing nothing more than a link to this page, in which case it contains information for your stated question.

This FAQ will be updated as more common questions come up.

General Questions for Making Money Online (Questions for Joe)

Does this work?

I probably can’t convince you with any words that it works and I won’t try. I know it works.
Simply give it a shot by reading the getting started series and signing up for a few websites or downloading a few apps. It requires no initial investment except for some of your time.

How can I get started?

I want to setup this many phones. Help me out? What phones should I buy?

There are only 24 hours in a day. I can’t give just anyone off the fly help setting up all of their phones or other devices. There is a lot of content here. Read the getting started series, watch the content on the channel, experiment to find the best solution for you, and learn as you go. I am happy to help with specifics not found on the channel or website yet!

What should I put on this phone or computer to earn?

I can only recommend what I use. Check here: My Cash Routine
You can ask the forum or Facebook group for suggestions as well if you don’t get ideas from my list.

Are you having issues with X app or Y site?

You really shouldn’t ask me this question. By the time I respond to you, the issue was probably ironed out by that app or site. People often ask about minor outages or temporary issues.
A better option would be to ask the forum or Facebook group for instant feedback.

Why am I not earning as much as listed in your routine?

I publish routines at the end of quarters. Earning is good then. Other factors include location, phone count, profile, and internet connection.

What works in my country?

I don’t know. I haven’t been to many of the countries on planet Earth let alone used an ISP you have there and tried to make money this way.
Your best bet is to ping the forum or Facebook group for instant feedback from hopefully someone living in your country.
Other systems are being worked on at TheTechSlugs to help people in this situation.

Is this worth getting into now?

This is addressed in the getting started series. Yes, I still think it is worth it.

Do you pay taxes? How do I pay taxes in regard to this?

Yes, I don’t want to go to jail.
I am not a tax attorney and I can’t give you tailored advice.

Phone verification is required to sign up or redeem for a site or app, but I don’t have a valid phone number to use? What do I do?

You probably live in a non-supported country, which means you shouldn’t be using that app or site. Even if you find someone that is willing to give you their number (not allowed on our Forum or group), it may still not go through given your location.

How many devices/accounts per device/devices per account/accounts per household can I have on this app?

For TOS (terms of service) questions, please search the archives for the app and view information about it:

I want to use a referral code. Where can I go to get one?

You can ask the forum or Facebook Group, or just go to the archives and find the app/site. There is a code you can use there if it has a referral system.

How long does it take to receive payout from this app or site?

Check to see what the archives listing reads:

or contact their support.

No videos will play/I can’t earn anything with this app or site.

A couple of things you can try if you aren’t earning on a money app or site:

Some of these tips will help while others may not. You can always ask the app or site if you have been soft banned as well.

How do I get rid of popup ads?

You can try clearing the cache, rebooting, or reinstalling the app or browser. This may help, but this ultimately can happen sometimes as it is dependent on the ads in the system and how it works. You may need to keep an eye on the app to make sure you don’t get any.

Can I use a VPN and what do you recommend?

If you are using a purchased public VPN from a company to bypass a location issue you have when accessing the apps, it is probably against the TOS (terms of service). I don’t recommend it.

Why is the passive app or site not going 24/7?

No app or site is 100% passive for 24/7. They will for a few hours usually. You can also use remote access to help on the go.

If they aren’t going for at least that, you can try:
– Rebooting the device
– Clearing the cache
– Reinstalling the app
– Switching apps (especially advantageous for Perk apps)

Send me money?

No.
I get asked all the time. Sorry. I would have no money if I gave everyone money.

Do you have multiple IP addresses?

No, I only use one IP address for making money. It is usually one IP address per household.

An app/website in your cash archives is a scam. Why is it there?

There is a feature in the cash archives to vote as to whether or not you get paid by an app or website. Vote it down as not paying. How would others know no one is getting paid if it were removed?

An offline/down app is still in the archives. Why is it there?

Offline apps remain in the archives for a similar reason as keeping scam apps. You can filter out these apps out by sorting. They appear red.
