The app is simple. You connect the same colored dots to each other and you're to GET paid for playing the game. However I had an issue getting the points. Most reviews are saying that their having similar issues

 It's not working here so it's probably location specific.

 Just cause it's not in location doesn't mean it's a spam or a scam, your just using this to get points
