Lets do some maths, total points to be made = 10000 to earn 10$. If we made 60 points (10 posts average) a day then 10000 points/60 points = 166 days = 166 days = 5 months. So to reach 10$ we need to work for 5 months lol.

In the same concept, Joe earns from adsense (1000 views = 1$), for example if each day 10000 views on the forum then he earns = 10$.

So finally Joe earns 10$*30 days = 300$ and gives us 10$. If 10 people reach 10$ he only loses 100$ out of 300$. LOL
