What's Up with Checkpoints?

I JUST started using checkpoints again after months, maybe half a year w/out even using it. I started using it about a couple hours ago, then I get this message in my yahoo mail: Image lol are you kidding me checkpoints

That's so crazy, it makes me think that just having an inactivity for some time counts as iregularity. It seems like something similar happened to me on instagc, I stopped using it for a few weeks and now there's an "iregularity" in my account and can't redeem. I hope checkpoints responds quickly for you!

They reinstated my account :) LOL they admitted it was their mistake, idk how it happened but at least it's resolved. Thank you checks' ;)
