I have today an app that has been around for quite awhile! I recently have been using it and it is absolutely great!!!
How it works is, you take like 1-3 minute surveys and if you qualify (USUALLY GETS QUALIFY) then you record a video response with your phone about whatever was in the survey.
For Example: Survey Question: Have you ever been to "Costco"?
Video Question: What makes a good wholestore?
Then you answer the video question with your camera
