Swag bucks customer service?
I am very dissatisfied with swag bucks. My account was deactivated and I sent a help email. I did everything the website said to do to get my account reactivated and still nothing. It has been 17 days and I have not gotten a reply. I thought this was a good company but they obuvisly couldn't care less about their customers.
They do reply... Think of this, they have a multi million/or billion dollar company, this stated a lot of customers asking questions, and they aren't smart enough yet to hire more staff, so just keep waiting and you should get a reply, if not tell them to read it providing the date and time you sent your question
