It would be a nice feature addition to be able to fully sort by multiple (all?) parameters, so more advanced sorts/filters could be performed.

Ex: Android Apps, that are Paid-to-Watch, that have paid, offer PayPal payments, that are available in my country

I think it would also be cool to have a filter for apps you've not voted on as sometimes it's easy to lose track.
