To get people motivated, they give micropayments to it's users for every task they do at the site, so sometimes these users end up getting more money than what they have paid. Just signed up for this, filled everything out, and all it did was keep asking for Credit Card information.

I originally seen this posted over at /beermoney so I decided to check that thread, and it seems they stopped giving these away as users were abusing their system.
