Same here! I'm having a hard time too when everybody else can do it.
People say you can but honestly I haven't been able to get it to work yet. I've been trying for a while now but it seems if the window is not in focus you get the dreaded red dots.
I just joined EH and have 3 tabs open. All I did was open another browser window in Chrome. You will need to resize the windows so that all show on your screen.
