Try to look at different apps and see how much they can make you in a certain amount of time. Try to figure out a schedule of when to switch apps and which are the best, you can look at some of joes videos to help you out!

I use my ipad mini for swagbucks, mostly the non passive part. I bought a cheap phone for swagbucks and perk apps. For the computer, I have heard that perk.tv and viggle.tv are good, but I have not used them.

Start Earn Honey running 24/7 on that laptop. sign up (please use my code: grVYgQsU ) go to earn > videos , hit play and let run! I am making about $5 every 2 days. Some make $5 a day. This is the most stable site I have experienced. I forgot, use a cache cleaner like Ccleaner every 12hrs or so. This will clean up the temp files from Earnhoney.

Yea Earnhoney is a good site for the crappy laptop you have, you should be able to run a few windows of it too if that's all its doing.

Swagbucks is also a good start, phone apps run pretty easily. AppTrailers is also another good one if you're going to be sitting there.

Congratulations, you've come to the right place. I've been making money like this for several years now and I wish I'd had a forum like this.. so you're on the right path.
