Best play to buy cheap smartphones?

Looking for somewhere to get cheap phones so I can buy multiple to jailbreak and make money with. Any suggestions?

I have the same question but with Android phones. I don't own any smartphones so I use a tablet. Unfortunately, some of the apps people have recommended are incompatible with my tablet because they are made for phones.

I have been buying the LG K3's (Boost Mobile) from best buy for $29.99 each and there android 6.0 so the work pretty good for most money making apps currently I'm using rewardable tv and making around $2-3 a day on 4 android phones.
