What are some good phones that perk TV will run very smoothly on?

LG L Bello 2 is probably good. Very good CPU for the price, no GPU and bad camera etc. to lower the price.
It costs around $100.

I'm pretty sure the motto e works well for perk.tv and you can get them pretty cheap as well. I'm on my phone right now but I can send you a link later, also you should check out the perk subreddit it has lots of information you can use.
