If I were to cash out a $25 PayPal on a unverified PayPal, would it work? 575 for 5 isn't worth it

When earnhoney says unverified, you don't need a bank account in your Paypal, as long as you have a debit card and a verified email you should be good to cash out the verified.

Paypal = real money. I can always transfer paypal money to my bank account. Just open a bank account and set it up, not that hard.

2500 pts to get 25$ paypay ( real money ) vs 2450 to get 25$ amazon gift card that can only be used on amazon. why is paypal not worth it ? 50 points is nothing considering I can use that money for anything
