Why am I not earning as much as listed in your routine?
I publish routines at the end of quarters. Earning is good then. Other factors include location, phone count, profile, and internet connection.
What works in my country?

I am not a tax attorney and I can’t give you tailored advice. Especially for people not living in the US!
Phone verification is required to sign up or redeem for a site or app, but I don’t have a valid phone number to use? What do I do?
You probably live in a non-supported country, which means you shouldn’t be using that app or site. Even if you find someone that is willing to give you their number (not allowed on our Forum or group), it may still not go through given your location.
How many devices/accounts per device/devices per account/accounts per household can I have on this app?

You can ask the forum or Facebook Group, or just go to the archives and find the app/site. There is a code you can use there if it has a referral system.

It varies for everyone but there are some ranges listed in my routine. You can ask questions on the forum or Facebook group related to this.

You need to contact their support for information.

If you can’t access the members page for this, please contact us via the contact page of our website or Facebook page. Include a link to your Facebook profile that you would like added again. Please note we cannot guarantee entry again if you have broken the rules multiple times.

No videos will play/I can’t earn anything with this app or site.
A couple of things you can try if you aren’t earning on a money app or site:
- Reboot your device.
- Clear the cache in the app/browser (or reinstall).
- Kill the app/browser after every few watches.
Some of these tips will help while others may not. You can always ask the app or site if you have been soft banned as well.
How do I get rid of popup ads?
You can try clearing the cache, rebooting, or reinstalling the app or browser. This may help, but this ultimately can happen sometimes as it is dependent on the ads in the system and how it works. You may need to keep an eye on the app to make sure you don’t get any.
Can I use a VPN and what do you recommend?
If you are using a purchased public VPN from a company to bypass a location issue you have when accessing the apps, it is probably against the TOS (terms of service). I don’t recommend it.
Why is the passive app or site not going 24/7?
No app or site is 100% passive for 24/7. They will for a few hours usually. You can also use remote access to help on the go.
If they aren’t going for at least that, you can try:
– Rebooting the device
– Clearing the cache
– Reinstalling the app
– Switching apps (especially advantageous for Perk apps)
Do you have multiple IP addresses?
No, I only use one IP address for making money. It is usually one IP address per household.

Where is my TechSlugs Cashout?
At the latest, users will receive payments on each Monday provided they did not cash out the amount they expect to receive over the weekend right before that Monday. Users may be payed within a day or two at the earliest however. This is all providing your activity is valid.
What are the points worth (conversion rate)?
1000 points = 1 USD.
How many points do I need to cash out?
The minimum cashout is $1. There is an 8.5% fee however. There are no fees starting at $3.

Why did I receive a PayPal fee when I redeemed?
US users and most Canadian users should not get fees from PayPal. Contact support on the contact page if you do not think you should have gotten a fee.
If you are located outside the US, you may receive a fee from PayPal. There is nothing we can do about it.
An app/website in your cash archives is a scam. Why is it there?
There is a feature in the cash archives to vote as to whether or not you get paid by an app or website. Vote it down as not paying. If it were removed, this information would be lost.
My points are not being credited?
Offers may occasionally not credit. This can be an issue with the offers.
An offline/down app is still in the archives. Why is it there?
Offline apps remain in the archives for a similar reason as keeping scam apps. You can filter out these apps out by sorting. They appear red.
